My ancestry is rooted alongside the braided rivers of the South Island and the rolling waves of Taranaki, with further links to a rich European heritage. I was brought up under the guardianship of Araiteuru taniwha on the shores of the Hokianga Harbour, spent years traveling our beautiful country and abroad, and have now returned back to the roots - Hokianga Whakapau Karakia.
I have led a range of projects that span social innovation, environmental education, co-design, research and community development.
I have a passion for creating explorative and innovative spaces for projects, research, workplaces and education.
